Dreaming big

In the words of Walt Disney, “If you can dream it, you can do it.”

It is a bit like saying, “It’s best not to swallow my coffee for fear I might choke.” Even Thomas Edison echoed this sentiment when he said, “Many of life’s failures are people who did not realise how close they were to success when they gave up.”

One of our favourite writers Eleanor Roosevelt says:

“I believe that anyone can conquer fear by doing the things he/she fears doing. Do not stop thinking of life as an adventure. You have no security unless you can live bravely, excitingly, imaginatively; choose a challenge instead of competence.”
